Rates

The best rate of $400 per hour for the entire venue except office. Hours include deliveries, set-up, break-down, clean-up and removal. There are no extra fees for furniture, A/V or any other charges. Multi-day rates are based on a daily rate of $4,000 for up to 10 hours per day.

To ensure a success of your event we follow NYC legal regulations: no smoking, no loud music or loitering. Outside catering is OK. All events must end by 11 PM.
