Rates

Our fully equipped ground floor venue is available at a competitive rate of $450/hr during weekdays for exclusive use of the entire space, with the exception of the office. A weekend (Friday-Sunday), Holidays and NYFW rate is $500/hr. Event time includes deliveries, setup, breakdown and removal of all event materials.

There are no hidden fees. All listed premium furniture, audiovisual equipment, and other amenities are available at no additional charge, providing a straightforward and transparent pricing structure. Moreover, all rentals include a complimentary walkthrough of up to 1 hour, free event planning consultation and free A/V & lighting consultation, as well as early vendor access when available. Outside catering is welcome, allowing you the flexibility to work with the caterer of your choice

For events requiring multiple days, we offer a daily rate of $4,500 for up to 10 hours of venue access with everything included. There are no overnight fees. To help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and successful event for your guests and our neighbors, all events must comply with NYC regulations and venue policies. Smoking inside the venue, excessively loud music (over 90 dB) and loitering are not permitted. All events must conclude by 11:00 PM.
