Rates

The best rate of $400. per hour for the entire venue, except office. Hours include deliveries, set-up,
break-down, clean-up, removal. There are no additional charges. Multi-day events are possible without overnight fees.

To ensure a success of your event, we follow NYC legal regulations: no smoking, no loud music
or loitering. Outside catering is OK. All events must end by 11 PM.
