Space LES is located on a historic Suffolk Street lined with oak trees, restaurants and art galleries. Your
guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters. A double door
level entrance leads to a spacious renovated loft. Among original details are meticulously restored ceiling
tin tiles, white floating walls, three movable dividing walls 9 x 11 feet each, oak hardwood flooring, partially exposed bricks. Industrial grade HVAC systems provide thermal comfort and air quality throughout the year. Security gate and cameras will ensure safety of your property.
Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by
Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, 60 folding chairs, 6 folding high chairs, 20 folding tables 69 x 3 ft each), 5 round cocktail tables, a reception desk (42 x 52 x 26 in), 4 pedestals (36 x 15 x 12 in x 2, 41 x 16 x 9 in, 16 x 16 x 16 in), 2 coat racks with hangers. A kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, a microwave oven, a convection oven and an electric countertop double burner. Among A/V equipment are Bose L1 sound system, Bang & Olufsen A6 and Level speakers, Epson 1080 and XGIMI 4100 projectors, laser/LED lights and more. Architectural lighting will allow to illuminate your event in any color of your choice.
All these items, as well as a museum quality art collection, are complimentary and available to enhance your celebration. Of course you may bring your own equipment, art and furniture.
