It features 2,000 sq ft of renovated space with a capacity of 125 people, 11 ft ceiling with original
tin tiles, hardwood oak flooring, a kitchen, HVAC, AV, art collection, furniture and more. Movable
walls and adjustable lighting present multiple options for cocktail receptions, pop-ups, art, film and
fashion projects.
