Location

Space LES is located in the heart of Manhattan's vibrant Lower East Side, bordering the iconic East Village—one of New York City's most dynamic and culturally diverse neighborhoods.

Steeped in history, the Lower East Side served as the first home for generations of immigrants arriving in America during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Over the decades, the area has also became synonymous with New York's artistic and creative spirit. Legendary figures including Jean-Michel Basquiat, Madonna, Yoko Ono, Keith Haring, Robert De Niro, and Lady Gaga all lived here, helping to establish the neighborhood as a global center for art, music, fashion, and independent culture. Today, the Lower East Side is home to more than 100 art galleries, independent designer boutiques, vintage shops, and innovative creative businesses.

Space LES is ideally situated on a culturally significant block that reflects the neighborhood's identity. Within steps are three respected contemporary art galleries—Spenser Brownstone, Uffner & Liu, and Trotter & Sholer—alongside two restaurants, Balvanera and Mayfly. The block is further enhanced by a beautifully maintained public garden cared for by Bette Midler's New York Restoration Project.Within a walking distance are celebrated cultural and culinary destinations: the Tenement Museum, the International Center of Photography, Katz's Delicatessen, Russ & Daughters and Mercury Lounge, one of the city's most influential music venues.

Whether you're planning a personal or corporate event, Space LES places you in the center of one of New York City's most authentic and inspiring neighborhoods where history, creativity, and contemporary urban life come together in a truly unique setting.
